Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and ck54 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of all services, products, features, and content made available through the ck54 website at https://ck54.io and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces (collectively, the "Service").

Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the ck54 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. ck54 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ck54 will close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances and bonuses without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your ck54 account. You must keep your login credentials strictly confidential and must not share your username, password, or any one-time verification codes with any other person. ck54 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the ck54 support team immediately via live chat or by contacting [email protected]. ck54 will investigate reported incidents of unauthorised access and may temporarily suspend the account during the investigation period.

ck54 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including in cases where account activity is inconsistent with the profile established during registration, where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, or where continued account operation would pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

Deposits and Withdrawals

ck54 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the ck54 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account and are subject to change.

Deposits are typically credited to your ck54 balance within 60 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. ck54 does not impose fees on standard deposits. Processing times for mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are generally faster than card-based transactions.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification checks. Standard withdrawal processing time to bKash and Nagad is 1 to 4 hours from the time of approval. Bonuses and Promotions

ck54 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to a welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000 for new registrants, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available.

Betting and Gaming Rules
